After speaking with flint prior to setting up an account. They falsely represented the sign up process and funding time frames. I spoke with a representative prior to signing up with flint. I asked if they needed any other documentation to start taking credit cards. She said NO, as long as i stay under the $3000 per week amount.
My first transaction, they put a hold on it and now insisted on my documentation. 4 days after submitting my (business licence, letter from IRS showing my tax id, bank statements showing other CC processing going through my account, invoices, and letters). They in turn refused to release the funds to me.
I sent in proof that my business has been around for ver 10 years, bank statement showing that i currently process, Photo ID, and a IRS document. yet that is not good enough for this company.
I Process and showed flint that i currently process over $6000 per month and they still refuse to do anything.
I have spoken to 4 seperate people in that company and they refuse to transfer me to any manager or the operations department.
They keep saying that there is noone in operations at this time and there is no manager available.
DO NOT use this company as they will take you money and run.
Do your research (look at the BBB) and other sites.
DO NOT trust thi company at there word.
Use Pay Here by Pay Pal. or any other processing company.
