Flip the Trend Never supplied the product I ordered.

I ordered the dog beds that were "free" just pay shipping.  I ordered two and paid the shipping.  I received an email with my order confirmation number.  When I checked their website it said that my order was processing. I had paid for express 6-9 day shipping.  I ordered on Dec. 15 and this was at the beginning of january that I was checking on my order.  Supposedly they have online support and yet when I tried to chat and ask about my order nobody was ever available.  I finally sent an email through their contact link and said that I either wanted information to track my order or I wanted my money back.  I also said I was going to file a complaint against them if I didn't hear from them.  Well tonight I checked my bank account and sure enough there is a refund for the money I sent them.  I never did hear from them, was not told there was a problem or that my products were out of stock.   When I go to the website and put in my order number it still has my order listed.  Please don't order anything from this company.  It is a scam.
