Flip the Trend Never delivered items & info says refuned (not refunded)

On 11/6/17 I ordered (2) free dog beds paying $ 9.98 for shipping ( stated would ship in 6-9 days) and confirmation would be e-mailed. After no confirmation received checked order status after couple weeks listed as complete.                                                                                                                        Checked several times on inquiry form but customer service not up. After several attempts (1/6/18) was informed delay due to large demand and items would be shipped in 1-2 weeks.                                                                                                                                                                                               At end of January , still no dog  beds . Contacted again was told beds in transit , let them know when order arrives but would refund cost of shipping due to delay because their goal is satisfied customers. 2/15/18 no refund issued to my account, no beds and now according to their website account refunded but it has not been. I should have heeded "too good to be true".
