Flip The Trend Ordered pet beds - never received Internet

I ordered 2 dog beds on 12/02/2017. They guaranteed shipping in 6-10 days. After that time period, the items still had not shipped. I emailed them asking for an update, and was advised that their shipment was damaged, so it would be delayed. They told me to allow an additional 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, nothing. I email again, and am told again to allow an additional 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks come and go - email again to be told that I would have them by the end of January based on my location. February 1st - nothing. Email yet again, and now I cannot get a response. I have sent 2 emails since 02/01, with no reply. The only contact information I am able to locate is the email that I have used - several times. I have ordered other products from Facebook ads prior to this (t-shirts, etc) with no issue. Flip the Trend is definitely a scam. I am going to be disputing the charge, as well as filing a report with the BBB in regards to this company.
