I placed an order of acer predator helios 300 ph315-51-71m4 laptop on 15 march near around 1am of rs 52981 from retailnet seller on flipkart order number od114944522790915000 but within 13 hours seller cancelled my order stating limited stock available even my delivery was 19 march 2019 but even at the time of cancellation the same seller is selling the same product at comparatively higher price by more than rs 25000 which shows the only reason of cancellation is the price and the product is still available and can be ordered at higher price .

i feel discriminate by the seller and harrassed by flipkart for not providing support against a case of unfair trade practice against consumers.moreover, prices are set by seller so he should have delivered the product and flipkart shows product out of stock if product is not available or limited in numbers .as of 16 march 2019 product is still sold by the same seller .

i am electronics student so once it's in my mind that I gonna get a new laptop then it sticks there and due to cancellation and higher price I am not able to get the laptop it still has a effect on me mentally and customer care not helping even it's not my fault just add fire to the fames . i want the product and compensation for the mental stress and harassment.
