Flippers Pizza, Dockers Pizza ripoff, overcharged for food liars Miami Florida

My wife and I stayed in Miami the night before we left on our honeymoon. We were staying at the days inn and decided to go to the pool for a little while. When we got back to the room there was a flyer (menu) on the floor for Flippers pizza. We decided that if the hotel was endorsing it then we would give it a try.

I called them and ordered the lasagna with garlic bread and a canned soda for $6.95, and they said it would be about 45 minutes. The man i talked to on the phone barely spoke english, and neither did the delivery guy. When the food finally got there the drinks were missing, and the bill read $24.50. I asked why the bill read so much the delivery guy said it was a delivery fee, and that he would go down to the car for the drinks. Of course he never came back.

After eating I called the place back asking them about the drinks. I was promptly cursed at in spanish and hung up on. This happened a few times, so I decided to go to the front desk and ask why they would endorse such a place. When I got there the guy told me not to order from them, because they illegaly enter the hotel and slip the paper through the door. So I go back up to my room, only to find another flyer stating the exact same menu just this place was called Dockers Pizza Resturaunt Inc. Same menu, same layout, different name.

If you ever stay in miami do not order from this place, I got sick from the food, and I'm not even sure What I ate. They cannot be located by the phone book, or internet. I only got the address from having one of the people in the hotel call and ask for directions to pick up food.
