On the 16th of November 2017, at 10:30 AM, I left my vehicle with FLL Park Safe. On the 21st of November 2017, at 4:30 PM, I picked up the car after my arrival back to the Fort Lauderdale airport. Driving to the toll road to return to Naples, FL, I discovered that the cash left in the cup holder was gone. I called the FLL Park Safe office and the attendant responded to the missing cash, "What do you want me to do about it?" I asked him to inform the owner that money had been taken from a car left with their service. He said I should write the company a email. I did, but have not received a responce. The amount stolen was $ 4.00. Not a fortune, but a warning to all that there is a theif working for FLL Park Safe, and the company does not seem to care to remedy the situation.

I would like to follow up on my initial complaint with FLL Park Safe. I was contacted by the owner of the parking company and was given his personal assurance that he would investigate my complaint, and was greatly concerned about maintaining the integrity of his business.
