I also ordered Floam for my nephew because of the numerous tv commericals on the cartoon channels. I could not get a live person to talk to. They never told me how much I would be charged. They also tried to sell me magazines and some kind of legal service.
The call is very tricky and when you think you are saying No to something, it is recording as a yes. They don't give you the NO option. After the call ended, my phone said it was a 13 minute call.
This is ridiculous. I felt right away I had been scammed. I called the long distance customer service number they gave out the next morning and it kept saying all circuits are busy. I immediately reported this to my credit card company and I am now reporting it to the Attorney General. This company needs to be stopped.
