I have had to return all the Panseals that I bought. All of them leaked whilst being pumped up. The manufacturer will not take responsibility for the problem.

I have phoned other B&Q stores who have tested the product whilst I stayed on the phone. Each time when they tested a Panseal, it leaked.

The manufacturers fail to inform purchasers that the Panseal will not fit some toilets. The inventor of the product has failed in his attempts to get the manufacturer to make this clear to customers.

Panseal has been tested by a British Standards testing house but according to them the Panseal only worked sometimes.

The product is totally useless and the suppliers of the product (Active Products) are even worse, denying that they even sell it!

The manufacturers (Floodtite) deny there is any problem whatsoever with the product. A representative of the company was very rude in dealing with the issues and, in effect, called me a liar when I informed him of the problems.

I would not recommend the Toilet Panseal, Active Products or Floodtite to any prospective customer.
