FLOOR & DECORD FLOOR AND DECORD INC, wrongly advertise and RIP-OFF, Internet

i stoped by FLOOR AND DECORD AT 1056 PERSONAL PLACE, MORROW GA 30260 store on 10-06-2010. on the show room, they show 3 1/2 inch hardwood floor, all of them in good condition no termite, or manufacture defect.  i talked to sellman and asked him if i can purchase the one that's on the show room, and i want the product from the pallet in the show room. he said no problem, he's making sure he will do that.  i purchase 32 bunddle which is $752.60  and told them i will come back and pick it up tomorrow. after the next day i came and pick it up, all the bundle is in the pastic bag and put it in my truck. i drove home and didn't open it. after 2 day , which is 10-10-10 i opened  up and about to install hardwood floor, ALL OF THE 32 BUNDLE IS MANUFACTURE DEFECT, TERMITE EATING THE PRODUCT, ALOT LITTLE HOLE AND BIG HOLE IN THE WOOD. I DO HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE TWO COMPLETE DIFFRENT FROM THE ONE I HAVE AT MY HOUSE AND THE ONE AT THE SHOW ROOM. 

CONTACT THE MANAGER ON 10-10-2010 HIS NAME IS JOSH, ASK HIM IF I CAN EXCHANCE IT OR RETURE IT, HE SAID NO. ALL SALE ARE FINAL. and i showed him the picture i have and the picture of the product at store, he keep saying unfinished wood is suppose to be like that. MAY I ASK YOU THAT , ALL UNFINISHED HARDWOOD FLOOR PRODUCT SUPPOSE TO HAVE < TERMITE, ALOT OF HOLE, CRACKING, MANUFACTURE DEFECT,>?  PLEASE HELP ME, if they can take advangetage almost $800 out of me.
$800 per person, X  1000 customers  per year = $ 8,000,000 easy money they make.
