 Robert Jabaay & Rick Warman Flooring America Fraud Illinois Frankfort True, Rick Warman of Flooring America knew he was a thief & did not warn customers about him. Now Bob Jabaay has posted bail & hired lawyers & is working. Since he can pay lawyers, He should be required to pay restitution, return all money for jobs he had no intention of even starting, let alone finishing. He will be in front of a Judge this week. Hope this Judge forces him to pay back his victims. Otherwise, where is the justice? Hit him where it hurts, in his pocketbook. Jail might be good for him too.

Public records show that con-man Jabaay is able to retain attorneys to represent him in multiple counties and states. Please STOP giving this criminal and his wife money. We, the true victims, are offended and hurt by your actions.

 Mr. Jabaay has posted bail and is back to work. According to the family member that he supports, Mr. Jabaay's employer has supplied him with a cell phone AND a new vehicle! Consider yourselves warned. Maybe the Starbucks that Mrs. Jabaay works for could raise hundreds of dollars too for the true victims of the Jabaay's to help reimburse them for the thousands the Robert Jabaaymisappropriated from the elderly in our community instead or to help us pay our legal fees. The Jabaay family continues to acquire money, cell phones and cars from others. Are you hiring? I could use a new phone and car too!

You were totally aware of this scam artist working for you.  My husband called on several occations to warn you about Robert Jabaay and that you should not let him contract any work and when we would call you.  All we would hear is this is between you and Robert Jabaay.  He is our number 1 installer and we have him do all of our work  If we did not contract Flooring America then we would not have been mixed up with this con artist.  It seems like as long as you got your money that is all that mattered to you.  Will never do buisness with Flooring America from this experience.  I have also contacting Farmers Insurance who gave the work to Flooring America to let them know what kind of people they are using to do home owner repairs.

We are sorry to see this review. After reading through your situation, it would appear that Flooring America has zero involvement with your dispute. Robert Jabaay was an installer we used, but was never employed directly by Flooring America. He was free as a sub contractor to work for other businesses or himself. Flooring America had no involvement with personal agreements made between the two parties involved here. We have parted ways with Mr. Jabaay and will no longer be utilizing him as an installer. Again, this is a personal dispute between two individual parties outside of Flooring America. We wish you the best, and look forward to working with you in the future.

Robert Jabaay was arrested and is currently in Will County Adult Detention Facility awaiting trial on home repair fraud. Robert Jabaay is an evil thief and I look forward to seeing his term of imprisonment.
