Floors For Living would not send someone back out to fix the hall closet doors put back on so they won't shut. Also my bedroom door will not close now and scrapes across the molding. Katy Texas

Floors for Living(Katy store) Bought carpet from this store that matted up on the walk paths throughout the whole house within 5 months. The store agreed to replace the carpet for free because the manufacturer saw that this was not a good batch. So I upgraded to a better carpet, which meant I paid an additional 1200. That was fine. But after the carpet was put in, the people put the doors on in my closet so that they won't close. They overlap. My bedroom door won't shut without force and scrapes the molding. I told the installation guy this before they left. The guys said the door could be shaved down with no problem. Floors for Living shaved another of my doors down for this same problem when my hard flooring was installed to accomodate the problem. I contacted Christian (after much back and forth) who told me he will not honor the fix. He was rude, as he had been a few times while handling this situation along the way. At first he said he was going to have it taken care of, and now he says I have to take care of it. I spent a lot of money on flooring with this company. They fixed one door but will not fix the other. So I have a door that has to be pushed with force to shut while scraping the molding due to new install. I would not recommend this company to anyone wanting flooring.
