Florabella Collection Florabella, florabellacollection.com Provided Useless Product in a Download Internet

I ordered a Photoshop 'compatible' download from www.florabellacollection.com (Florabella Collection) for discount price of  $89.95 on 12.5.16.  I immediately had issues with the download - you get 3 tries and then you're out of luck.  I contacted the company twice via their support email.  Finally, I went through Paypal Dispute, who I used for payment services.  A rep  from Florabella contacted me about an hour later,  and said my messages were in her 'Spam folder'.  She was unhelpful!

I have been in photography and editing for several years. This download appealed to me because as it was advertised, it would have saved me a lot of time with editing portraits.  However, this download proved useless.  It absolutely does not do all the things promised on their website. Actually, it makes a normal photo look over-processed and amateur.

Beware!  There are no refunds from this company.  Once you send the money, it's gone - whether you like the outcome of the product t(hey falsely sell you), or not.
