Florence Scovel Buyer beware! Internet

I placed an order with Florence Scovel on July 10, 2015, after seeing their bracelets on Facebook. They immediately charged my account and the next day I noticed that they charged an additional .63 cents international fee. I was sent an email on July 13th stating that a shipping label was created with the USPS. That is all the tracking information I have. So as of today, I have not received any of my items and the tracking information is still showing that the shipping label was created. I have sent an email because you cannot reach them any other way. It looks like a legitimate company with lots of great looking jewelry at great prices. I ordered an item from QVC last week and I have already received it as promised. From the reviews I've read about this company they just give you the run around. Shame on them! They need to be shut down and have their page flagged on Facebook. Please do not waste your money on this company. I think I'm in a long fight for a refund!
