This posting is to warn anyone thinking about doing business with JBRentsFL.com or Florida Data Publishing or John Burgess Jr. or John Burgess Sr., Richard Waters or Alan Siscone (the same person). They have several scams going on 4 that I can tell.

1.) They hire people to come work for them renting units collecting rent and mailing letters under the guise of property manager, rental agent or envelop stuffing as well as others. Typically they get you to work from the office for a few weeks then ask you too work from home then bate you with 1 pay check and then get you to work for a month or more for free and string you along and then never pay you or answer your calls again.

2.) They hire Handymen, AC repair guys Electricians, carpet people, trades people in general then get them to go do work and then never pay them or answer their calls again.

3.) Their bigger scam is that they send out hundreds of letters in hand written envelopes to people all over FL offering to help them out of Foreclosure. What they actually do is take your property from you they convince you to do a Quit Claim Deed of your property with promises that they work with the banks on your behalf. They also promise to pay you a % of the
monthly rent they receive from your property. 
However they will never ever pay you the money they claim they will pay you monthly.  Numerous people also sign contracts
for a series of upfront payments they will talk you into signing the paperwork before these payments are completed and you will never see that money either.

4)  They then rent out the property's to unsuspecting renters take their money. Never do any repairs on the houses and if the renters stop paying rent because of the missing repairs they evict the tenants get in a new tenant promise to fix everything
and do it all over again. They have more than 60 evictions in Hillsborough County alone.

6.) There are also arrest reports out on the internet for their crimes they have been caught for. You can search for those on your own.

If you see any of these property's on Craigslist DO NOT rent them.  This is all a matter of Public Record and you can find any propertys listed under any of the company names I have included by going to the property Appraisers website in whatever county you live in and just look up homes by owner and use the company names I have given you.

9.) If you see these phone numbers on an ad on Craigs List or some other place 813 774 1026, 813 347 8676 or 774 766 9856 or 786 350 8226 or 954 778 5770 you will know it is them.

10.) If you see any of these websites www.jbrentsfl.com or FloridaDataPublishing.com If you see this e-mail jbrentsfl@gmail.com you will know it is them.

11.) If you see any of these companies on any of your paper work or on the deed to any house. Florida Asset Management Trust or Clear Lake Pine Inc. or Clearlake Pines Holdings or HDS of Central FL, JB's Endless Summer. These are all companies they use to scam people in FL. They are from Boston area and I think they may also run the scam up there as well but Im
unsure of this.

12.) They show this as their address on all their contracts- Spring Hill Address 4142 Mariner Blvd #238 Spring Hill FL. 34609 this is also a scam to throw people off so no one can find them.

13.) Their Office is in Down Town Tampa at The Place http://www.theplacechannelside.com/  Unit 1324. ****If they have also scammed you this is where you can find them in person.  They live at Grand Central 1208 E Kennedy Blvd, Tampa,
FL 33602 and at 912 Channelside Dr. Tampa, FL 33602 and know people who work at the Sea Dog Caf so if you have been ripped off by these people  and need to find them in person these are good places to do recon.
