They took a deposit on a car we found on Ebay. We are in Wyoming, but had a friend in Florida go and actually test drive the car and give the deposit. They did not remove car from Ebay after we requested 3 different times that the listing be removed. They did not and car was sold to another individual. They then tried to sell us a more expensive car. At that point we did a Google search on Neil Marcellino and were shocked at the rap sheet this guy has. HOW is he still operating? They have not returned phone calls after promising on several occasions to do so.
