Florida Bahamas Cruise Vacations, Registration #: ST-37425 ,2913, Cost us $698.00 with one year to take vacation. Within weeks we ran into health problems interfering with our plans. Could get no response at attempts to cancel trip and get money back. Fort Lauderdale Florida

Trip was in my husbands name. We hoped to take advantage of the opportunigy in the spring. My husband had been undergoing some tests at the doctor's office. About two weeks later we found he has denentia and his frontal lobes had shrunk significantly. We realized immediately that our plans for a spring trip were out so I immediately began attempts to contact  the company , but I could never get through to anyone except reservations. They told me according to my reservation identity I had the wrong center, but she gave me a number for the corrrect office. Still no response! 

My next try was a letter to the Better Business Bureau in West Palm Beach, FL After alengthy wait the letter was returned as, "NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED - UNABLE TO FORWARD". 

Now the latest bad news! I just found out I have breast cancer and have to have surgery NEXT WEEK.

My husband will be 81 in April and I am 78. We both served in the Air Force, raised a family, paid our bills on time contribute to charities and try our best to be good citizens. Of course I know life isn't always fair, but sometimes you have to try for fairness anyway.
