I have a little boy that just turned 5 last week. My boyfriend has a crazy ex-wife that keeps calling D.C.F. on us for false allegations of sexual abuse. First it was pointed at my boyfriend that was about 6 months ago. They sent his 3 year old daughter to get her private area looked at, found no evidence of abuse. Of course so they closed the case. Well they are still fighting over custody and she called D.C.F again now saying its my son doing it to her daughter. They had both kids go to The children advicsey to talk to a investgator once again found no evidence of sexual abuse.
But i don't know when this is going to stop, the ex-wife is crazy and will not stop with harressment. This week i had to go to court becouse she was trying to get an injuction against me and my son. If anybody can help me it is greatly needed. she is also on felony probation. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!! GOD BLESS

I have been victim of false allegations made to dcf of florida by a non-child support paying biological father and a now ex-husband (ex-step father). I lost my daughter for several months due to the most amazing allegations you can immagine. I was even accused of being a drug runner for the head of dcf! when the young dcf investigator came to my home and had written statements from biological father of said child and from now ex-husband (ex step father) she actually named the head of dcf and her husband and did not even know who she was implicating!
By the grace of God I got a case worker who supported me like you would not believe! This woman will receive crowns of glory for finding and following the truth! I had to get an attorney to get my daughter back from a man who is $80,000.00 plus in arrears for child support, has never provided health insurance, never helped with medical bills and a now ex husband who did it to get my daughter and myself out of the marital property due to our going through a divorce. Wonder if I can be compensated for all the pain, loss of daughter, loss of finances that a young, Ignorant, non-parent, dcf investigator caused me. Any Comments? May God help you for he knows the truth!

Try filing a felony charge against this person making the false allegations. I was told by a detective that it is indeed a third degree felony to do this and that you just need to prove criminal intent. I am attempting this myself with a neighbor that did the same. I will let you know what happens. Good luck.
