Florida Energy Water & Air Rainsoft Bait and Switch; Fraudulent Invoice Orlando Florida

 Dishonest dishonest dishonest. Been a customer for more than 10 years. No more! Quoted one price but they invoiced me and tried to charge my credit card for $75 more! than the quoted price. When I caught them, they said, "Oops, a mistake adding up the numbers." 149.95 that was promised became $225.67 on the invoice!! The numbers didn't even add up to $225.67. What if I didn't catch them?? Also they did work they were not authorized to do just to inflate the invoice (which they "added up wrong."). When I called the office, the first person was so condescending. "We had to make sure you had good water. You DO want clean water, don't you?" I asked to be transferred. The second person was just as condescending. He added, as if it was a threat, that he was noting in my file that they weren't allowed to do any work unless I was present. So, what then? They'll only proffer honest invoices and do only pre-authorized work if someone is standing over them? An honest plumber can do what these people claim to do for less money and with integrity.
