I contacted Fl First Financial to settle a debt with Kanes Furniture. I spoke with a Dan Scott, he provided me with an amount I was not happy with for a debt that is over 6 years old. I told him I would get back with him if I decide to settle. Since than he has called me every morning 7:30 am ct. The last a call I recieved he left a message stating ' Today I'm going to withdraw the settlement and also charge u 18% interest n fees for the past 4 years.' He must think I'm stupid n don't know my rights. I called him back n left a message because it goes straight to voice mail so they can screen thier calls. I stated he will not charge me interest n I will not be bullied. I also asked for a manager to call me back to no avail. Trust me the FTC will be contacted and a complaint will be filed today.
