Another victim here. I have seen so many similar complaints. This company comes up with an excuse for every instance in which they have neglected to pay their employees. They hide the numbers of your commission earned vs the money taken in advances so an agent never knows where they stand. Furthermore, bonus monies never get paid for months and months. If you inquire about it, don’t expect to get a straight answer. If you seek a higher authority for payment (like the carrier)you will get disqualified from the bonus altogether. They do everything in their power not to pay out the money that you earned. They blame the carrier or the bank or the accountant. They care zero about the agents that actually sell policies and earn the money for them. An agent could go weeks or months without getting paid despite selling regularly. The office is a revolving door. Potential employees be warned do not be fooled by their promises. You will be disappointed
