Florida Health Solutions RIPOFF and won't return your money! Tampa, Florida

Florida Health Solutions out of Miami, FL is not Health Insurance nor is it a Medical Plan. Its a Discount Plan for those who can afford it. I processed my plan through an agent/broker who visited me. He gave me the rundown on all the benefits ( if you can get them ) and proceeded to sign me up. He convinced me ( I am a 62 yo male ) that by paying with a check or Credit Card the contract will save me more money! Not True. The check will be held for two weeks. Not True! They cashed the check immediately and tied it the direct payment. Don't be fooled by direct payment they will get to your funds every month if you don't cancel IN WRITING! Their Customer Service ( if you don't speak Spanish ) will hang up on you and the waiting is beond 30 minutes. If you call to cancel forget it they give you the run around till you start asking for their names. My experience with Florida Health Solutions is NOT good.
