  I want to thank you very much for your kind words and wise sentiments. It was very comforting to read those passages from the Bible you posted. God's words alone can heal a wounded soul. I hope (FROM: crackpot) reads them and takes them to heart. He (FROM: crackpot) wrote yet another vicious post. (No permanent bodily harm?) I'm not answering him since he receives money for each of his rebuttals. I refuse to line his pockets any further. My daughter went to another hospital last night, but they wouldn't admit her. The dr gave her referrals for a GI specialist and a GP to set up appointments quickly. He also wrote her some prescriptions, but she can't fill them because they are too expensive. It just never ends. She is offering up her sufferings. I will keep you in my daily rosary. I'll pray God takes care of you and your needs. God bless you.

- Actually I am thinking about the attorney you visited who said you had no case because she had no permanent bodily harm.  To me it sounds like someone throwing up blood is going through a lot of harm, and at the very least he should have directed her to seek medical advice. 

I would also be thinking why you didn't re-take your daughter to the Hospital.  Oh yea...they have Muslims who are out to kill your daughter.  Well I have news for you, based on your last update the one and your latest claims the one who will be responsible for her death if she gets worse is you.

Perhaps in addition to going after this hospital you should go after the attorney for his negligence.  By the way what did Homeland Security say when you reported the doctor to them?

Very sorry to hear of the poor treatment of your daughter. However, the substance of your report is no surprise, when the subordination of patient care to profit has reached such extremity.

Because of this, the whole architecture of the health care system and the attitude of staff is proportionally corrupted.

I actually wasn't going to respond. But I really want to see how far your attitudes and beliefs go. So let me touch on just a few of your "highlights".

They are professionals. BUT --- they still want very much to kill infidels (Christians, Jews), especially gays and women. Did you forget San Bernardino? Orlando? Ft Hood? etc etc Americans have every right to fear these barbarians that will not hesitate to kill any of us.

Okay there are approximately 3.3 Million Muslims in America, you named 3 incidents that have happened over 7 years.  Did you forget Timothy McVeigh? He wasn't Muslim. I could also name a dozen "serial Killers" none of which were Muslims. For example Todd Kohlepp, who was just arrested a few days ago. I think he has now admitted to about 8 murders. Now, granted it isn't 14 or 49 but I bet that the families of those murdered really don't care about the reason or that he didn't kill more.

Perhaps you should report the doctor to Homeland Security for the way he looked at your daughter. Remember if you see somthing...say something.  In fact direct them to this web site so they can get a full understanding of the events. Let us know what they told you.

- Actually I would be all for a law such as this, as it is NOT racist. It is punishing people that have broken our Immigration Laws. You have shown absolutely zero evidence of the doctor doing anything close to illegal.

She knew she had to try to eat something or she felt she might die. Her enzymes were elevated the night before from the constant throwing up. They thought she had had a heart attack, but she didn't. Thank God. That's why she wanted to go to the cafeteria, to see if there was something she could at least nibble on.

- So how many years of Medical school did your daughter have? Perhaps the doctors who knew better thought it wasn't appropriate to have her eat "something".

Patients in hospitals have been going off their floors ever since I can remember.
- You know I am not even going to argue this point. But I will say that how many of those patients have you seen go "off their floor" have done so being barley able to walk and being wheeled in a wheelchair by the nurse? Most people in that condition would listen to their doctor and STAY IN BED.

Your arrogance is amazing. Now you are implying you know more than the attorney we spoke with. Regardless of what was done to my daughter, bottom line ------ there was no permanent, bodily harm, therefore, no law suit.

- Wait a minute. Your daughter was throwing up for a week. When she left she could not walk, could not stand for more than a few seconds. Even though she could not talk or walk she amazing hand the "wherewithal" to question what drugs she was being given. You stated her condition as "Gravely Ill". Yet she then left the Hospital and is still alive with no bodily harm.  Please tell us what she did as a miracle of science to recover. I am sure that there is an entire scientific community that would love to hear this.

One can safely assume, if they did this to my daughter and my next door neighbor, they are repeating the same scenario with many other patients as well, both insured and uninsured. 5. a name brand in this class of drugs that was pulled off the market. But that is like saying that the Toyota you are driving is dangerous because the Honda was recalled. You're ability to reason is questionable. Toyota and Honda are two different companies with two different products. Their products fall under a general category ---- Vehicles. Not so with Dilaudid or Palladone. They are the same identical drug, both are hypdromorphone, a deadly opioid narcotic. I don't know what news you watch but I seem to be hearing a lot about opioid addiction these days, so much so, that Congress passed the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act in July 2016. As far as I know not many, if none at all prescribe Dilaudid or Palladone any more. It's use has greatly diminished since its voluntary removal in 2005. So, this Fl Hosp clown prescribes it for my daughter? Really?? Thank God she had the wherewithal to question what she was to be given before she swallowed this deadly drug. 6. It's a deadly narcotic especially when mixed with alcohol. That describes 99.999999% of the narcotics out there as well as a many other drugs. So what's your point? The point, which you missed entirely, those other drugs were not pulled off the market, hypdromorphone was. Then this racist attitude is a problem with YOUR daughter, and the fact that you brought it up with you as well.  I am of a specific religion. Which one is not important, but not it is not Muslim. I don't think that every person of Middle Eastern descent is out to kill or harm me. By the way not every person from the Middle East is a Muslim. This bit of attitude you showed discredits just about every other thing in the rest of your report.

You stated she received good care at the Cleveland clinic. But in reading this report ..that was the only place that she was actually put in a position she could have died because of what they did. Where it was her roommate that had to alert the hospital staff, and if she didn't then your daughter would have died. But that is "good care" to you?

People who are gravely ill and can not speak do not want to take a walk down to the Cafeteria for a bite to eat.  So this is obviously just an exaggeration on your part.

4. You need to comprehend what I wrote. She was NOT placed in an ER room.

She was ADMITTED and taken to what the hospital deemed an "efficiency" room on the 2nd floor. BUT -- Big but here --- she was charged for being placed in a regular room.

5. During her first trip to the Fl Hospital ER a payment plan was set up.

6. She did receive good care at the Cleveland Clinic. Again, you are having a problem with comprehension. This issue is not about the Cleveland Clinic. It's about the despicable treatment at the Fl Hospital in Wesley Chapel, Fl. -- not Ohio.

7. My daughter, like millions of other Americans, cannot afford health ins. She does not go from hospital to hospital. She paid the Cleveland Clinic. She has an appointment with a dr for November 30, but cannot wait until then.

What part of --- SHE CANNOT KEEP ANY FOOD DOWN --- did you not comprehend?
She is very ill and is scared.

8. We are not looking for sympathy. This complaint was filed to warn others about the dark attitude and intentions of those individuals at the Florida Hospital in Wesley Chapel and  Zephyrhills.

Today, after talking to some other folks in other states, they were aghast at what happened to my daughter. They said they had heard that the hospitals in Florida are about the worst in the country and they wished my daughter could travel out of state so she could receive proper medical care.

9. She had no choice but to leave, as they would not even give her a cup of juice and basically forced her out. They knew she would opt to leave because they had the papers ready and in hand.

10. They deliberately lied. They kept her for 2 days by telling her she was scheduled for a procedure. She found out at 11am this morning she had never been scheduled for this procedure. They purposely jerked around a very sick person to rack up a huge bill.

11. Not once did you show any concern for my daughter's condition. You sound as crass and as cold-hearted as the so-called professionals at both Fl Hospitals.

12. My next door neighbor received the same deplorable treatment and she had ins.
You neglected to mention my neighbor's plight.

Once again, to those reading this -- DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THE FLORIDA HOSPITALS in central Fl. They are dog hospitals. (Florida Hospital is its official name)

Where do I begin with this pathetic report???  Number 1!  Metamucil is for FIBER!  And the spelling is nausea!!! 

Number 2! How do you know the Dr was "Muslim"??? And what does that have to do with care?? IF your daughter did not tell the DR her issues then how is that DR supposed to know ie: that she was allergic to any drug given?? "They put her in a small room with no door, sink or toilet." That is an ER ROOM!!

BOY I could poke holes in this story for DAYS!!! Your daughter had no insurance  but you expect the hospital to eat the costs?? REALLY!!! What did the Social Worker do?? And YES the SW has to see the individual withing several days of admission because I am a SW.  Sounds like you want to reap some sympathy for nothing!! She has gotten good care especially if she was at the Cleveland Clinic which is TOP notch! 

And the moral is - what is the reason your daughter goes from hospital to hospital  with NO insurance?? So the taxpayers can eat the cost of her "care"??? NO 

And FYI if your daughter leaves without being discharged it is AMA - and I DO NOT work in any hospital in Florida so tell your deadbeat daughter to PAY HER BILLS!
