On Halloween day I ordered a computer for my daughter for Christmas. They said it would for sure be here for Christmas, well it is Jan. 1st 2008 and still no computer. This was to be her one and only Santa gift. Imagine how I felt Christmas morning when she was the only child with no gift.
This item was suppose to be charged to my visa. But instead you charged it to my moms debit card ( she had also made a purchase the same day ). So Now this company not only still has my computer but they also have my money. Seems to me it went on my moms debit so they would have the money in hand! FLP is $850.00 richer. How NICE!!!!!
This company only has an answering service so they don't have to take your calls. And by the way you can forget them calling you back because it's NOT going to happen. If I at least had my money back I could just go get my own computer. Thanks a lot !
