I am a college student. I belive that these "people" recieved my information because I purchased Winsor Pilates. I recieved a phone call one night and they said they'd send me a package and I'd be able to accept or decline. I never got the package, (My mother threw it away because it looked like junk mail). a month later my account was over drawn by $129.00 and I have an overdraft fee.

Immediantly I called the bank, they explained to me where the charge originated from and I called. After about 30 minutes I spoke with "Lauren" who gave me a cancellation number (MO8FPIC5) and their address and told me I'd revieve the refund in 4 to six weeks. All the while my account is overdrawn because I', a full time college student!

Four weeks pass, Six weeks pass and nothing happens. I call back and after holding for alomst and hour and a half I give up. I send a "2nd Notice" to the address they gave and it's returned to me. Send a third notice and its also returned.

I really believe they know where you are calling from and thats whay you can only get through once. I have had over $200.oo in fees added to my account and its been closed by the bank.

If an attorney wants to file a suit I am ready and willing. They have ruined my relaitonship with my bank and probobly my credit too!
