I had booked a transfer from Orlando to Miami and received confirmation of my booking that my pick up would be 6am on the 5^th Aug 2013 to arrive in Miami at 11:30am

On the morning of my pick up I arrived 15 minutes early (5:45am) as per their instructions and a local cab driver was picking up my colleagues to go to the airport.

When the cab driver returned at 6am he asked if I was waiting for the bus going to Miami and I had said yes, he advised me to call the company as he noticed that the shuttle had left already prior to me arriving at the pick up location at 5:45am.

When I called the dispatch number they had informed me the driver left at 5:30am and they tried to call me to inform me of the new departure time.

First they stated the driver left at 5:30 and then after further correspondence the driver claimed he left at 5:50am which is not true because he left at 5:30am.

If he did leave at 5:50am why would the driver not have the sense to wait another 10 mins for his actual scheduled departure time.

A local cab driver can confirm that I was there at 5:45am as per my scheduled instructions for a 6am pick up and he can also confirm the shuttle bus left prior to me arriving at the pick up point.

My contracted pick up time was 6am and the scheduled time for the shuttle to leave is 6am.

It is very unethical for a company to change a scheduled pick up time night before for no good reason and then just leave your passengers stranded.

The company has even refused to reimburse me the $55 that they promptly took from my account and I then had to pay an additional $50 for a cab to get to another shuttle company and had to pay $35 for the new more reliable shuttle service.

This company seems to have a reputation of taking people’s money and just leaving them stranded because their main core business seems to be tourist who would probably not take the time to make a full complaint against them for the unprofessional service they offer.
