We purchased this travel service from Florida Sports and Recreation (FSR) for $4443 plus a $140 yearly membership fee. The company promises huge savings on travel related services such as golf, air fare, car rental, condo rentals, and cruises.

When checking rates, (it takes up to 15 days to do so, which is past the cancellation period) we found no savings. In fact many of our purchases would have cost more than the general public would pay through AAA, travelocity, AARP, etc.

During their presentation, various travel agencies like the ones just mentioned are mentioned as offering rates far in excess as FSR's. Fact is these other companies are usually cheaper.

At no time were we told of the 7-15 day period of time we'd have to wait before being able to check FSR's rates. This time frame exceeds the 3 day recision period.

They promise a Cadillac but deliver a Yugo.

AUTHOR: Quality Control Officer - (U.S.A.)

When a customer decides to become a member within our program they are fully informed of not only the fact that it takes 7 to 14 days to get them into our system. In fact the the statemnet is written in plain writing on the page within the contract that gives the member their ID Access and Password to utilize the program. They are also fully informed that we have a 3 day cancellation period by our financial service advisors. In which is also in clear writing within the contract. We have a very strict guideline that we follow in the finalization of the deal. We follow this policy so that the customers are well informed when they leave. We also have two divisions in the company to handle any questions or confusion. Members Services that will be our new members " go to " person to answer questions or even just to help them book there first trip. We also have Quality Control in which assists the customers with any problems that they may run into. The statements made about the our pricing is incorrect. And obviously their research was either non existant or not very thorough to come to this conclusion.
