Floridaway Dream Escapes ripoff Has Not yet refunded my money Largo Florida

I was talked into looking over this vacation package. I was told that if i didn't like it I would not be charged if i cancelled within 30 days. Unfornately for me I was out of town, and I didn't recieve the package until the 30th day ! So they charged my account the $149.00. I called and they said if i return the entire package to there address they would refund my money. I sent back and they recieved it on 11-13-2006 at 2:42 PM according to the Post Office. Today is December 29th and i still have'nt seen my refund ! I think I got a bad phone number from the rip-off website, because everytime I call it ( (877) 522-4990) I get some music and then it disconnects. What can i do now ?
