Florist Express.net through Pro Flowers.com TOTAL RIPOFF San Diego California

because a relative works at ProFlowers i thought I'd use the service to take advantage of the 20% discount...well, when actually placing the order, since I wanted same day delivery, it took me to another site Flowers Express....I didn't notice it until the actual transaction took place

For one the 20% discount was not applied, had to call and they did agree to give it as a courtesy

then there was a $15 dlls credit offered on shipping, well it was actually a subscription i had to agree to with credit card# and all, that I had to later call to cancel... it will take i don't know how many weeks to get...

then...they DID NOT DELIVER!!! said the florist could not find the address, blaming it on me..saying it was government housing and a building number was missing...ball of crap, casue apartment addressesa re pretty standard....they just messed up period, they wanted to dellivery the next day, I said noo. too late...cancelled and aske for a full refund, which I have to wait and we that I get

Pro Flowers seems to have a good reputation, but if you need same day delivery STAY AWAY from FLORIST EXPRESS!!!!!
