Flowershopping.com Promised to deliver next day and did not let me know that they couldn't / wouldn't deliver next day until the next evening. No offer of making it up.

CustomerService@FlowerShopping.com mislead on their website that they were able to do a next day delivery for my Grandmothers 95th Birthday. I purchased the flowers, paid an extra 9.95 for next day delivery and her birthday came and went with no flowers delivered. She is beside her self and I'm outraged. All other florists will tell you that they can or can not deliver to a particular area next day. This site promised they could. I even spoke with a live customer service rep who assured me that they could. And they didn't.
