I ordered the herb garden arrangement that they had posted on their website for my son for father's day.  What arrived was a basket of houseplants.  Their substitution policy is as follows: "Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color."  I understand substitutions but not to this extreme.  The two products were totally different!  They offered me 10% back, then 20% back, then 30% back, and then I contacted them at the 888 number, the woman I spoked to said if I want a full refund they will just go back to my son's house and pick it up and if it wasn't in the shape it was when it was delivered I would not get a full refund!   So she offered me 40% back and that was only on the price of the product and not the delivery charge.  She did admit that the florist who handled the arrangement should have contacted me but she didn't have any control over that.  The first order I place with the was for flowers and although it wasn't the ones that I ordered the replacement for it was acceptable.  This time the order was totally screwed up.  If I had wanted houseplants I would have ordered houseplants.  I wanted an herb garden.  The woman on the phone was extremely rude and when I told her I didn't want to be embaressed by having them come and pick up the display and just replace it, she said no, 40% or nothing.  I excepted the 40% and told her I would call the BBB, she said fine and hung up.
