FLSA Federal Student Loan Alliance Scam, lies, and illegal practices Tustin California

First let me tell any consumer that you can do what this company promises FOR FREE through studentloans.gov. About the company itself, it LIED to us about being eligible for loan forgiveness (the program they sold us on if only for public employees), FORGED SIGNATURES on legal documents they never sent us to review, refused to refund any of our money when we found out that we were not eligible for the program they said we were, did not provide the services they promised (leaving us with a student loan payment over double what we would have had if we had just handled it ourselves) and now seem to have taken off like a snake-oil salesman.

We have not been able to contact them for over a month and they NEVER FILED the appropriate paperwork to continue our income based repayment. I doubt they are even still in business, but if they are do not use them. Just apply on your own FOR FREE and avoid any company offering to do so for you. It takes about 5 minutes online. I'm terrified of what they will do next considering all of the information they have on us. We're monitoring our credit daily and have already had huge issues with the loan provider because of our dealings with this company.
