FLSDU Withholding Child Support Payments Tallahassee Florida

FLSDU have finally sunk to a new low in their latest series of lies and stealing needed payments from little children. It seems like the state of Florida has gone from torturing chilren i the fifties and sixties to harassing their fathers, withholding payments, and depriving children in the 21st century. Not to be unexpected from a state with perhaps the worst human rights record in Amerika.

They finally were able to answer a simple question after six weeks of obfuscation and corrupt management. They said they refused the checks from March and April because of a new rule they claimed would go into effect on May 15, 2008, the new rule being that in order to protect from identity theft, no check would be accepted that did not have a pre-printed name and address. It seems plausible on the surface, but why did they not notify anyone ahead of time? They also said the rule for checks had been in effect for a long time already, but they had not been enforcing it. Strange, I did not see any reference to it on their web page. Also, they accept money orders. Do money orders have preprinted names and addresses? Answer is NO. On top of that, they did cash a check for May which shows they could have cashed the others.

Florida is corrupt. It is a criminal enterprise. Florida has a history of violations of human rights, child torture and endangerment which was willful, sadistic, and deliberate, kidnapping, and other crimes which, because of corrupt politics and public indifference, they were able to legalize at times.

Remember, as hard as it may be to believe, in 1997 I got detailed information about the coming attacks of September 11, 2001 through Saudi Arabia, and I did alert law enforcement in 1998 and in 2001 in Stuart, Florida repeatedly. They did nothing. This is typcal of the kind of negligence in government there. I was born and raised there. I am not some recent transplant from up north who could not care less. I know what I am talking about.

They are up to no good.

Believe it or not, FLSDU / DR have had the nerve to write me a letter with a lie that was so easily predictable it was pathetic. I already knew they were going to say something like this, but I kept it to myself because I have learned through experience that when I can see through somebody else's dishonesty from the beginning, and I let them know I can foresee their next step in the deception, they simply change the next step so they can say I was wrong. Therefore, I kept it to myself. And sure enough, they have said exactly what I thought they would say.

Here it is. They say the rule for checks will change on May 14, 2008, and from that point on all checks without addresses will be returned to sender.

That date is eighteen days from now. Therefore, how could they withhold payments from March and April?

Check their web site. There is absolutely nothing about requiring checks to have addresses on them. They clearly state the requirements as SS #, case #, and name of county, and nothing more. Yet, they say they have lalways required checks to have addresses on them.

FLSDU / DR are clearly criminal in nature. Their intentions for wanting to monopolize the processing of child support payments are extremely questionable. I iterate, they ought to be gotten rid of.

Thanks for the constructive information; however, of the three possible reasons you mention for the check being judged defective, it was none of the above. Perhaps you are one of those we refer to as being a member of (the government can do no wrong club). Well, perhaps you did lead a sheltered life, and maybe that explains your reasoning.

FLSDU / Department of Revenue finally got back in touch. They said the check was defective because it did not have my address on it. It had nothing to do with closed accounts, bad checks, or anything else you said.

Also, if you read the original post, you read that the check was exactly the same as many other checks I had sent there. I have sent many many checks there for years, and many many checks were exactly the same. They were legally issued by a bank with my account number on them. They had been accepting these checks at FLSDU for years, and the bank had been cashing them for years. Then, suddenly, and coincidental with certain very unflattering articles I had been posting about Florida on a newspaper forum in Florida, the checks were inexplicably deemed defective, and these are valid checks drawn on an open account.

Your response is typical of persons who believe government can do no wrong. You read the post, but you twisted your answer to favor government. You seem to need to say that government must be right, and I must have done something wrong. It is the other way around. FLSDU / DR are ripoff government agencies.

I assure you that Florida has a history of torturing children, malfeasanse, negligence and corruption. I know for a fact and without any question whatsoever that law enforcement in Florida were apprised in detail repeatedly in 1998 and 2001 about the coming attacks of 9-11, and they did absolutely nothing whatsoever to investigate or follow up that I was able to ascertain, and I did look into the matter. That is only the tip of the perverbial iceberg.

Now FLSDU / DR are trying to rip me off. I want to get something done about it. The only answer I get is---government can not be wrong. One thing is clear. The people and the government have not really changed over the years. Oh yes, the forms have changed, but the nature of the beast remains the same.

1st one is the check is bad...2nd one is the account is closed (either the child support account or the bank account)...3rd one is you sent in a previous bad check and they are refusing to allow you to pay in a check form anymore because of it. It is probalaly the 2nd one by the sound of the post...a lot of companies have policies reguarding bad checks now. If you write one to them they will not allow you to write another 1..... Your best bet would just be to have is auto deducted from your pay and you would not have to worry about it anymore. hope this helps.

P.S. I grew up in Florida and loved it......beautiful state! I was in Fort Meyers so maybe it was a lower crime rate or whatever but we never had any problems and everyone was so nice..... your neighbors where you "extended family"...I had about 20 Gmas!! We also knew several people on FMPD and they where very upstanding. Never saw any animal,child or human rights abuse ...Terrorism and criminal enterprise of city officals never came into play where I was either....I must have been really sheltered!!
