Fluent home LLC O charge for used parts that was suppost to be new Wlehi Ut

I came back to Fluent alarm , and suppost to be a new system in stalled. I had no reason to doubt this installer. In time the system did not communicate with myself and alarm was sounding in the middle of the night. When contact Flunt I was told the used system was my prolbem and will be charge to up date  the system.

Tried to explain I was suppost to have a new system, I was told since I was a cumtom before the used parts was put back together. Also there was no communication when the system malfunctioned, after waiting on hold for hour and a half, this is what I was told. I decide to leave this company and now Im told I cant cancel this system.

I am being charge $1200.00 for leaving. This system has be removed and NO ONE contact me that the system isnt working.Thank you , I pray you can help
