Fluent Home LLC Sales rep apparently LIED every time he opened his mouth !! Maryville Georgia

 Lie #1-Fluent had bought my current alarm system company (Monitronix). In fact, the company has NOT been bought by anyone! Lie #2-My system needed to be updated because it had older componets. In fact, Monitronix said it was fine! Lie #3-If I would sign a contract Fluent would lower my monthly payments by $20.00. In fact, they actually went up! Lie #4-If I gave him my account info, they would NOT post a debit until the 29th. In fact it posted the very next day which was the 25th. Lie #5-If I sold the house (as planned) Fluent would simply cancel the contract.

The sole purpose of the contract was to get my payments lowered. In fact the payments went up and Fluent will not cancel a contract period! Lie #6-Fluent's tech would be finished in approximately 15 minutes. In fact, it was closer to 2 hours! There was probably more lies but I don't remember them at this time. Fluent's tech was very sloppy with his work and didn't finish until way after dark. I now have the expense of faxing a cancellation letter to Fluent, closing my account to prevent them from stealing any more money, and paying my existing company to come straighten out the mess that Fluent made! Personally, I wouldn't let Fluent's lying SOB's put an alarm system in my dog house!!!!!
