Basically, we never authorized this and their defense is even if a monkey authorized it, you won't be reimbursed.
Call Ulysees at 212-400-1212 extension 439. He's no help. Frankly, I believe his compensation is based on upsetting "customers". Because as a "customer" who never subscribed to their services, he never let me speak and rarely answered any of my questions.
Definitely a rip-off! Call the Marketing Director Mark Lehmann or the CEO Alberto Montesi, although these titles are misleading because there are obviously no organization over at FlyCell. You can get their extensions from the company directory.
Definitely contact the Attorney General's office. We will....today.
