     CAUTION, EXTREME CAUTION!!  Be very, very cautious of using this company.  I spent 14K in advance and got a horrible itinerary, which I booked  9 months in advance of my trip.  The pitch was “of course, much better flights would open up before your trip.”

     Not so, not a ONE.  Consequently, I had to spend another 5K to shorten my trip to Bali & Australia from the US, Fly Infinite which they originally booked at 38 hours, including an 8-hour layover in Bangkok, down to 21 hours.  I asked the owner to split this cost and he basically told to go f myself.

     It gets better after I booked and paid out of pocket for the more direct itinerary, Fly Infinite’s Owner Frank informed me that I was due a $1,000 refund from Air Canada for the flights he canceled.  It is now 3 month + and NO REFUND, NO RETURN EMAILS, NO RETURNED CALLS.  CAUTION, EXTREME CAUTION before you get tangled up with this guy!  Thank for listening.
