Foam Experts, BSleep RIPOFF - DONT BUY FROM FOAM EXPERTS or BSLEEP Kingston New York

I purchased a mattress set on June 7, 2006 from B-Sleep for $2439.00 for my mother. The bed was on backorder and I did not recieve it until September 18, 2006.

The company did call me 3 or 4 times to explain that it was on backorder and apologized. They even offered me a free mattress , which I declined. I thought things would be ok with this company but boy was I mistaken.

I emailed Will that my mother did not like the bed. The mattress was very thin. I explained to Will that my mom had a pillow top mattress before this one and it was much thicker. Will said that we could swich out the mattress and get a pillow top style but it would be additional cost. He told me to call him the next day.

I've tried on numerous occasions to contact Will to no avail. One time I was able to speak with a man named Andrew. He was rude and arrogant. He originally told me that I could n't do anything because I purchased this from BSLEEP and they were Foam Experts. After looking at my credit card bill and seeing "FORM EXPERTS" on it I called Andrew back and told him that his company took the money...not BSLEEP. Andrew continued to be obnoxious, explaining that there are 2 different Will's one will that worked at BSleep and a different Will that works for Foam Experts. ( How Convenient ) He told me that I could not exchange this bed until we had used it for 60 days. Since it wasn't 60 days since the bed arrived, I had to wait before anything could be done.

After 60 days was up I attempted to call them repeatedly and can not get anyone to answer. The email address that I used in the past now comes back undeliverable.

Last week there was a recording stating they had a small fire and would be closed for a few days. Today when I called I get a fast busy signal.
