When I did not recieve prompt confirmation of my purchase from Foam Experts via my e-mail I became concerned. On google search, I located this Rip Off alert. I contacted the Foam Experts by email and received a prompt phone reply from a man named Wil who explained that he purchased "another company's (bsleep) domain and phone number but his company is "another company" not associated. Only after another E-mail to him to his email address @ wil@bsleep.com did I get an order number. I am still awaiting shipping confirmation which he assures me will occur "in the next few days". BTW,only two days have elapsed since my purchase.

I did contact my credit card company and found that the purchase amount was in fact charged to my account and did proceed to cancel that card number for safety reasons. I did so because of the previous alert posting only.

I now wait patiently for my product. I assured Wil that I would confirm via this site his handling of this matter and will do so. To date, Wil has been responsive. Other than a failure to promptly notify me by email of my order's processing I have no reason to believe I should not take this man nor his employees at their word that they might not send my product in a timely manner.

I will follow-up via this site to inform you of my experience with this company.

No Complaint! Product as I ordered arrived in new condition from New York to Hawaii in one week

Mattress I ordered arrived in one week's time. Brand new, comfortable. Every contact with Foam Experts (after my initial concerns) were pleasant and responsive. I recieved order confirmation as requested and in 3 days had a UPS tracking number. I was able to track it's shipment every step of the way. Mattress arrived on time.

I have NO COMPLAINT with FOAM EXPERTS !

foam experts ships mattress within one week

From the first date o purchase of my $1000.00 mattress (which included shipping), it was 7 week days and I had a UPS track number. On check with UPS the item was in fact en-transit.

Initial concern when I had not recieved immediate confirmation of purchase with an order number and shipping plan I do believe was real. A customer should receive confirmation before they discover that the purchase amout was charged to their card.

Because of previous posts on this company I found here, I was even more concerned. I was honest with the owner of the company when I expressed my worries when I read the rip off reports, so much so I reported it to my credit card company and stopped that card number.

This was a lesson fo me and I do believe the company owner. Internet purchasers do expect prompt response and certainly verification of a purchase promptly.

I am pleased that so far this has worked out well.
Final proof is whether the mattress is what I ordered. I will let you know.
