This company filed a false report with the credit reporting agencies in an attempt to collect a $60 "collection" fee for something they failed to collect on.

If I had not had an identity theft and credit monitoring service watching my back, they would have succeeded in ruing my EXCELLENT credit rating!

Not to mention the rude employees and so called "managers" that don't let you speak a word and just assume you are at fault and hang up on you.

This was over a $202 Dr. bill that I paid four months earlier on which they failed to collect on so they want a fee. After speaking to four people and two weeks of requesting WRITTEN proof of their claim, they still have not mailed me anything to back it. YET THEY CLAIM THEY SENT ME NOTICES IN THE PAST. If they had done so, why does it take over two weeks to mail them back out? I only live 5 minutes from there office. obviously they are at fault.

This is an illegal way of forcing people to pay fees that they do not deserve and I will take it to their parent company Bethesda memorial Hospital if they do not remove that negative report from my credit within 30 days.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND COMPANIES LIKE THIS THAT USE 'SCARE TACTICS" OF RUINING YOUR CREDIT TO GET YOU TO PAY SOMETHING YOU SHOULD NOT.
