Our two daughters had their dance program in Massillon from one of the best dance studios in Ohio , the photography studio contracted to do the childrens pictures was Focus One Photography , they were rude and it seemed confused as to what they were doing , everybody noticed this. Focus One took our credit card information on Saturdat June, 5 we misplaced our card Sunday June, 6 so we suspended it. We found the card Tuesday June, 8. When I was checking the card statement on Thursday June, 10 and saw that Focus One ran our card Wednsday June, 9 . This is a problem because we only use that card for our auto pay bills, car insurance, cable, cell phone ect. I left my card at home the night they did the pictures and therefore my wife had to use the card in question, I simply called Focus One and told the girl who answered what the problem was and that I wanted to have the card credited back the exact amount they charger on it and I would send them a cashiers check for the two packages of pictures we ordered plus any other charges they might have due to my problem. She said that I would need to talk to the owner so that is what I did the owner is Alan Ext he was'nt going to do ANYTHING and went on to try to tell me I need to learn how to pay my bills and not try to defraud him out of pictures, I told him to just cancle our order if thats what he thinks and we just won't use his company again, he replied he would'nt want me as a customer and next year they would refuse to take my daughters pictures. I think Alan needs a reality check on how to take care of customers. I called the Dance studio and they were very upset on how this work of art Alan Ext treats THEIR customers. Hopefullf we will have A PROFESSIONAL portrait studio next year.

Now you don't have the pictures of your two daughters. Hope getting that money back was worth it.

The problem is not paying bills its how I wanted to pay the bill plus we have not gotten the product, nor will anybody get any product unless its paid in full, so you might want to have a better understanding of what the problem was, but as it stands I will not do business with Focus One now or ever, so I told them to just stop our order refund my card and be done with it, so they agreed, they lost a couple hundred dollars we are out nothing all because of a ignorant owners mouth.

"I simply called Focus One and told the girl who answered what the problem was and that I wanted to have the card credited back the exact amount they charger on it and I would send them a cashiers check..."
You think this is reasonable? You paid them and now you want them to give the money back and hope that you send them a cashiers check? If you don't want to be accused of trying to scam a company, stop acting like a scammer.
"I think Alan needs a reality check on how to take care of customers"
I think he was right. You need to learn how to pay your bills. Don't pay people with a credit card if you don't intend the charge to go on that card. Your problems with leaving cards at home are not the merchant's problem.
