Focus Pointe Global Stiffed myself and groups of focus group participants of $200 New York New York

Focus Pointe Global (NY) recruited myself and groups of participants to take part in a two part study for a well known foot insole company. After being chosen and participating in the two part study, which consisted of two days, three hours of sessions and a week of wearing and testing the insoles, as part of the study, they stiffed myself and other participants for $200. Despite the uproar from the group for not being paid what they were told and agreed to during the recruitment, Focus Group Global, refuses to take responsibility and has been arrogant, dismissive, condescending and patronizing to the group of participants, including myself. 

Focus Pointe Global, was once a well ran, honorable and a respectable market research company, but since it's merger or acquisition of another market research company a few years ago, has loss it's integrity and quality of service. Management have become very arrogant, rude and the company has become very disorganized, unprofessional and chaotic. I would stay away from this company both as a participant in their studies, as well as a client that might want to use their services for market research. Clients might really want to take heed, because if Focus Pointe Global is representing or presenting their products or company, then Focus Pointe Global is a BAD representation and reflection, because when they have disgruntled participants who are not paid, that sentiment and bad experience may damage and affect your brand.
