Foley's, and Sears tricked and lied to us Houston Texas

Due to my mother's expensive medical debt before her death, I got behind on some of my bills. Specifically Foley's and Sears.

I worked out a deal with Foley's to reestablish my credit with them. I have had the account with them for over 30 years. After I made my payments on time, I assumed that my credit report would reflect full payment and I would be able to use the credit again.

I was constantly reminded of back payments and my account is opened but not useable. I refuse to buy anything from Foley's and encourage my friends and family to do the same.

My credit report reflects late pays and charge off. My account was paid in full as agreed upon, but they ruined my credit with their false statements.

Next is Sears. I was harassed and constantly called until I finally was able to make payment arrangements. I made three payments and then when I did a credit check at the credit bureau, it showed that Sears had charged off the account. Six months later, they sue me in JP court and because I was unable to get off from work or afford to hire an attorney, they got a judgment. Now my credit report shows a charge off and a judgment.

I have tried to contact Sears to work out this judgment, to get it off my credit report, and they refuse to talk to me. I no longer deal at Sears and will never deal there again. Just because of an unfortunate situation I found myself in, these two companies have basically ruined my credit for future accounts.

They need to be punished and made to pay for the lies that they can so easily distribute to every credit bureau in the United States. They can put anything they want in the report and you can only protest it. You can never get rid of it until seven years later, at which point, you are out of luck.
