Fone Right And Vox Trails Fone Right And Vox Trails And ILD Unauthorized charges for voicemail Internet

ILD Teleservices provided a charge to AT&T for a supposed voicemail service provided by Vox Trails or Fone Right. I had to spend multiple hours on the phone to get the charge reversed. I haven't received the credit yet. AT&T accepted the charge from ILD Teleservices who billed on behalf of Vox Trails or Fone Right. The Fone Right person I finally spoke to said someone I had never heard of autorized the charge as part of some prize-related web site. This whole thing is a complete ripoff and the fact that AT&T is accepting billing from these companies but will not help in resolution is a complete travesty. I am switching to cable phone because of this and suggest everyone else does, too. How can you accept to be the billing agent but not accept ANY responsibility for the veracity of the bills?
