Food Lover's Diet Food Lovers Online Buyer beware! Additional charges, refusal to refund in full Internet 

I ordered the Food Lover's Diet and was charged $39.95 - half of which was attributed to "shipping." While waiting to receive it, I signed up for the FREE trial of Food Lover's Online. Within two weeks, I was charged an additional $64.87 for an online subscription. 

I decided I didn't like the program and called to cancel my subscription and return the program within 30 days. I had to pay to return the package and received a refund of $19.95 about a month later.

Fast forward to three months later, and another charge of $64.87 appeared on my credit card. I called, and they said I hadn't cancelled the Food Lover's Online subscription. I argued and said that indeed I had when I called to return the physical program. They said I had not, and the two charges of $64.87 were non-refundable, but as I COURTESY, they would give back half of what I was charged this month. 

I said that was unacceptable, and the customer service rep said he was sorry I felt that way...end of story.

Buyers beware! DON'T get sucked in by this program - they conveniently don't give you all the information, bleed you dry and say you agreed to it all!
