Here is the Letter of Complaint that I emailed the company twice w/ no response to date:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I don't understand why I'm receiving a bill from your company for Country Living Magazine. I paid $20 for a 1-year subscription to Food Network Magazine and Country Living Magazine. The Food Network Magazine subscription was $15 for one year and the Country Living Magazine subscription was for $5. I paid one payment on 12/11/08 with a Wachovia check per the instructions on the Food Network site.
Please properly research this inquiry and rectify your billing process. I do not want to receive any more bills. However, I do expect to receive my full 12 issues if Country Living Magazine and my full 10 issues of Food Network. I am paid in full for both magazines for 1 year. Please feel free to contact me regarding any concerns that you may have, if any. Thank you and happy holidays to you.
