#1 Love Psychic Kate Austin promises to bring back lost love.
The first spell cost me $350, but it didn't "stick." The "fix" for the spell was to rent a crystal for $700 (my share) to undo a spell that had been placed on him earlier. That didn't work either & the next step cost me $1600.
Her ad says results guaranteed. I want my money back. We've been working on him for over 3 months & all I've gotten from him are 2 phone calls.
Kate seems very nice & very concerned but she does not return phone calls very promptly & now her phone number goes straight to voice mail, which is always full. As of 4/20/2006, her web site (spells@foolprooflovespells.com) is unavailable. I have been calling 1-877-690-8100 every 30 to 60 minutes for the past four days. I have also been calling 1-310-877-6313 with the same result.

Sorry to hear about everybody's bad / scam experiences and you all have my sympathy. If you paid by credit card, try to get the credit card company involved.
It would appear the problem that presents itself with suing this individual is that she resides in canada.

Has anyone contacted the attorney general in your states? This type of scam (especially for the amount of money you all are being asked for) should catch their attention. I hope everyone is able to get at least a portion of their money back.
I am surprised she guaranteed her spells. A sure sign of a scam. Try to focus your energies on the "three fold law" since her web site speaks of things "witchy". (Negative thoughts and energies you send out will return to you three fold ...) There are many free sites listed on google for every spell you can imagine.
Since spell work appears to be focused upon the desires of the individual, it makes sense that YOU not a paid third party would have more success in achieving the desired affect. Yes?

I would almost swear to this... Julian Grace of Customspells.com cast a spell in the amount of $350. Then said we needed another $3500 to rent some crystals. Promised the $3500 would be returned. So I borrowed the money from a friend. I never received the money back nor did I ever hear from her again. I called continuously and never got her to pick up. She scammed me BIG TIME! She claims to GUARANTEE her work. She will not honor this either!

This sound like a experience I had with Emily Edwards at www.elovespell.com. She didn't however ask to rent a crystal but the phone calls and the full voice message are sure familiar also the 310 area code is the same so beware of www.elovespell.com as well..

I filed a small claims case against Psychic Kate Austin & the paper work came back from the Los Angeles County Sherrif's Dept. saying that she has moved and left no forwarding address. This woman is a real piece of work. Her cell phone number has been disconnected BUT her web page is still up and running! STAY AWAY from Kate Austin, Foolproof Love Spells!
