With footballticketnet, if you get your tickets, you're happy and you post favourable reviews (or maybe it's footnallticketnet themselves). If you don't get your tickets or there are erros, you're not happy. To date, out of the reviews that are posted online in websites such as sitejabber, there are 195 reviews and 49 are 1 star -- 25% of the customers or one out of four customers are SERIOUSLY unsatisfied. I am one of them. The tickets were expensive as they were platinum. They were a birthday present from my girlfriend. We received our tickets few hours before the game started, and left us in a state of panic until the last minute. To our surpise though, they were not the same tickets they promissed us as they delivered gold tickets instead of premium tickets. The customer service was atrocious: rude attitude, wrong information, twisting facts. They ended up offering an appology for the "oversight" and a refund of 24 euros per ticket (which is supposedly the diffrerence of the price calculated). What a joke! they delivered the tickets late and kept us worried up until few hours before the game, gave us tickets we did not want (we highlighted the issue right away and well before the match but they only responded two days later) and offered us a mediocre refund. I kept this short but would be happy to provide more details and provide hard evidence if needed.
