I am dissatisfied with every aspect of footmbt.com's purchase process starting with being notified that the payment site was unsecure, being charged for a purchase that I was trying to cancel, and being over charged because of the exchange rate where you operate from.
Since then you have tried to discount my refund and you still havent completed the refund process.
The footmbt.com website says refunds take up to 10 days. Visamasterpay.com says my refund will take 5-7 business days.
It has been 4 weeks and after several complaints to footmbt.com, visamasterpay.com, and ECPSS I have received only excuses and lies regarding my refund. The truth is that I haven't received it as promised.
