Please watch out for slumlords. My mom rented a two-bedroom apartment from Forbes Lee Rentals/Justin Lee and it was the worst mistake of her life!

The trouble started with the water leaks from upstairs, the leaks would be in multiple rooms and Justin did not want to come and fix the problem. When he finally did show up, he only used a shirt to tie around the pipes. He told my mom that he was not going to get a plumber to properly fix this the right way. His solution to everything is for him to rig whatever is broken.

The leaks lead to Mold in the apartment. His answer to this dangerous mold was PUT BLEACH AND PAINT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE WALLS, not open the walls up and remove the mold.

Not once did he exterminate, I had to do it out of my own pocket. He left my mom stuck without a kitchen light for over 2 months.

PIPES NEED TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE THEY Leaked AND CREATE MOLD. INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF WALL NEED MOLD TREATMENT. FORBES LEE RENTALS DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING MOLD REAPPEARS EVERY 3-5 MONTHS BECAUSE HE IS TO CHEAP TO FIX. He tried to buy time during these months to hide behind the homeowner’s association. He tried to con them into paying for the mold treatment. Uh, news flash idiot it’s not their responsibility!

THERE ARE MANY WATER LEAKS AS WELL

This has affected my mother's health and breathing. She has had to have treatments. This tyrant even made her pay for a window that the landscapers broke. What kind of person preys on a disabled senior?

Justin was given months to cure the mold and had 4 inspections to tell him that this was a major problem. He even hired 2 independent contractors and they told him the mold needs to be removed and treated from the whole building. And that the pipes were old and needed to be replaced. The neighbors have small kids and they have been affected as well.

I would have to go to this creep’s bank and deposit my mom’s rent because he was too lazy to pick it up nor could she mail it in.

When the inspectors told Justin Lee that he cannot collect rent until the mold problem is fixed he got very angry and evicted my mom.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS AND RENT FROM THIS CON ARTIST. HE WILL LIE, CHEAT, AND MAKE EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK. He needs to be in jail for being a SLUMLORD AND CROOK. YOU ARE A HORRIBLE PERSON. ON TOP OF THIS HE WON'T RETURN HER DEPOSIT.
